Cancellation Policy
At Whispering Waters Esthetics & HeadSpa, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of service to all clients, we kindly ask that you review the following scheduling policies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or appointment changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be charged 20% of the scheduled service price.
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service price. Future appointments may require prepayment or may be declined at the discretion of Whispering Waters Esthetics & HeadSpa.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled in order to avoid delaying the next guest. If the appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the late cancellation fee may apply.
Same-Day Appointments: Same-day appointment cancellations are considered late cancellations and are subject to the cancellation fee.
Children & Guests: To preserve a peaceful and relaxing environment for every guest, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.
